Our helpdesk never sleeps, you can log a support ticket whenever an issue arises, day or night. We will be notified by email and we’ll be able to respond to all queries within an hour (business hours) and within 24 hours (out of office hours).

The helpdesk is also great to manage multiple users within an organization, and is a great tool to help you pinpoint possible weak spots in your IT setup. A full record is keep of every ticket created and they can be accessed at any time, helping you get a top down view of your businesses requirements and what was done to resolve a problem.
